A DAY IN MY SCHOOL LIFE

The morning alarm breaks the silence, dragging me out of sleep to start another fast-paced day. I quickly organize, stepping into the chilled air. Arriving early, the hallways are ghosts of silence—bleak and soulless. Suddenly, the clock strikes and the building explodes into a roaring wave of chatter as gates open. My day as Head Girl ignites. Alongside the council, we guide lines of students through assembly and up stairs, channeling that wild energy into classrooms. The first bell brings the sharp focus of math. The day blurs through the quiet hum of Science and Computer labs, Social and other Language classes, broken weekly by VPA’s or running on the PT field. Yet, the best part happens in short break gossip, shared lunch boxes, and terrified glances with friends before tests. Beneath this lies the looming pressure of Board exams mixed with the sadness of leaving. Our final bell may ring, but our heartbeats remain embedded in these walls forever.
