The Investiture Ceremony in Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills conducted on 11th April, 2025, in which the newly elected Student Council members took on the mantle of leadership with zeal and pride with the motto \u2018Leadership is more a passion than position.\u2019 The ceremony started a melodious rendering of the school song followed by the welcoming of the dignitaries – the Chief Guest Dr. Rohit Kumar Rana, an eminent scientist from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology; Chairperson Ms. Shilpa Ravi; Ms. Rama Devi, Secretary DSE Group of Institutions; Ms. Reshmi, Administrator DSE Attapur; Academic Director, Ms. Shashikala, Principals, Vice Principal and Headmistresses of sister branches of DSE and the parents of the elected council members. The newly elected Student Council members were conferred with badges and sashes by the dignitaries. The school choir beautifully sang the leadership song which was soothing and awe-inspiring. The students performed the invocation dance based on traditional Indian dance-Kathak blended with Bharatnatyam with grace and elegance, and the robust and energetic Grand Finale dance which were thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. The House Mentors of the four Houses were felicitated by the dignitaries. The solemn occasion witnessed the elected School Council members being administered the oath by The Chief Guest. In his speech, he congratulated them and exhorted them to discharge their responsibilities in their roles that the school reposes in them with trust, diligence and pass on the legacy of school values to their juniors. The Principal called upon the council members to be humble, disciplined and patient in discharging their responsibilities. The Head Boy and the Head Girl in their speeches promised to uphold the values inculcated in them and promised to fulfil their responsibilities with utmost sincerity. The program ended with the vote of thanks by the Cultural Secretary and the Deputy Cultural Secretary, and the singing of the national anthem.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
